Project Expectations

Everybody has a different view on expectations of a building project. We will work closely with you to ensure your expectations are met to the exact standard you require.

We have set project expectations for ourselves and our contractors and we endeavour to improve and maintain those expectations to the highest and most manageable levels possible.

We will treat your home as if it was our own. Showing respect for our customers in their own home is important to us. Your home is your safe place, more than likely you have worked harder than most to save up to afford the home you are in, you expect people to respect that hard work and the pride and joy you feel in your home. Little things like making sure work boots are taken off before entering someone’s home to giving the work area a thorough clean/vacuum before leaving the worksite is just the beginning.

We endeavour to keep our sites extremely tidy and clean, making sure rubbish is collected in onsite bins and any hazards to our customers, their families and our workers are reduced.

We want you to feel comfortable communicating with us. Any questions you have we want you to feel comfortable to approach us to ask them, so we can understand your thoughts and make sure you are 100% happy and receiving the outcome you desire. We don’t want you to think that you wish you had have spoken to us at the time and now have to live with something you weren’t happy with when 99% of the time that issue is not a problem to resolve for us. We understand you don’t have a huge amount of experience with the building process like we do, so no question you ask is a problem to us when it helps to put your mind at ease having asked it.
